No previous experience is required. Please attend with loose full body clothing that allows you to move around freely (T-Shirt & Tracksuit bottoms), please bring a bottle of fresh water and a yoga matt/cloth to sit on. This is highly important to get fully involved in the activities and to keep well-hydrated. Thank you!
